4. Add a touch of color for an intimate look inside outside. Buying a few clay pots in the dollar store and fill them with bright and cheerful flowers will change the look of your home instantly. Beware of flowers inside, however, if a buyer is allergic.

5. Paint your walls a neutral color. The extra effort of creating a blank canvas for new owners to add their own style.

6. Clean your windows. Who wants to look out through the grooves, or worse, the film of dirt when they decide to buy a house new?

7. If you have pets, do everything possible to remove pet hair. Not only reduces visually, but many people are allergic to dander animal company. Make arrangements for pets to be away from home for both indices. Perfumed sprays also help eliminate animal odors.

8. Family photos in the store.

9. Ask your carpet cleaning. Even if this extends to its budget, the end result is worth it. His house will look and smell clean, and promote the fact that is well cared for.
