Hi saffron have exp. .. The time really need to consider before using exp.?

Hello, I had some saffron products in Dubai. But unfortunately, exp date is a year late. Now I'm confused if I have to use this product? or should I throw? I'm in doubt, it may be bad for my baby. Pls. if someone knows me on this. Thanks

Since it dries, it is perfectly legal to use. Be sure to heat that enhances the flavor, anyway.
