What is normal wear and tear of a rental house?
I left my house soon and wonder what is "normal" wear. I am a mother of 2 children and the carpet had some stains on them, so I had to clean and they are now. I'm not good with the carpet, but fortunately, the cleaning is best. But the walls, there are a few rooms where there are chips in the paint (eg, behind my son's toy box, peeling paint to push against the wall so often and in a piece of hanger that hung down after a few months and plaster and then put a picture on it and another place a few chips in the paint in a room of an awkward moment when something fell a few inches) Apart from that everything is as it was when we moved Is this normal wear?
How long have you been? Have you set all the bumps and holes that do? Have you cleaned / washed the walls, if necessary (smoking, pencils, etc.)? If the landlord painted the apartment, ask for some touch up paint that can go from Nice, and very clean the carpet when a tenant does not do much.
